In our Head Quarters in Milan, a Team of fourteen (14) duly trained Service Engineers can, in a short time, take an action anywhere in Europe. Moreover, each Sentek Dynamics distributor all around Europe can provide a first level Service support to domestic customers speeding up the response to our customer’s requests.

The AFTER SALES PROCEDURE we follow, is described in the below actions list:

  1. Order confirmation and by-weekly update of order progress
  2. Information about necessary utilities and suggested layout of the system
  3. Preparation of engineering file
  4. Set acceptance procedures
  5. Verification tests before delivery with customer presence if required
  6. Deliveries and transport follow up
  7. On site connections, installation, functional and acceptance tests
  8. Technical training of the system.
